Zendesk Releases ‘Customer Experience Trends Report’ for 2021

Zendesk is looking toward customer experience trends for 2021 with some 20/20 vision. The company’s new “Customer Experience Trends Report” gathers data from approximately 90,000 companies, and combines that with findings from global surveys of customers, agents and business leaders. The free, interactive report, looks at the top trends in customer engagement and identifies actionable best practices for any company.
